Scrambled Eggs on Rye

Rye toast with avocado and scrambled eggs


Serves 1

  • 2 eggs
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 slice of rye bread
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • chilli flakes to taste

Optional: Add sliced avocado



  1. Beat the eggs together with the pepper.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Heat olive oil in the pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
  4. Slowly stir the eggs and remove when cooked.
  5. Serve on the rye toast.
  6. Garnish with avocado and chilli flakes to taste
